Frito Lay Warehouse

When Donnie Holcomb embarked on a new building project, his first call was to PrayWorks based on his experience at Mountaineer Automotive in 2016. Donnie knew that Dave Pray would advocate for him, the contractor and the architect to make a well organized project executed on time and within budget. He remarks, “Dave Pray has the talent of creating excitement with the contractors to maximize the output of all the personnel in various trades working on a job.” Getting PrayWorks involved at the outset brings the greatest value to the owner and the team.

The facility is being built using Lean principles, a system which Donnie embraces.

“Having PrayWorks involved in a project makes everyone perform better.” – Mark Grigsby

He continues to stay on the cutting edge of delivery processes.”Mark Grigsby, president of Pray Construction commented. “Dave introduced us to Lean Construction principles on the Boy Scouts project and continues to bring us cutting edge processes.” Mark continues,” Dave makes everyone he works with, from all angles really, work with a higher energy level. He is always pressing the envelope.”
